Enniscorthy is a quiet hilltop town with a picturesque setting above the River Slaney and is renowned for its friendly atmosphere and natural beauty.  The town is the second largest in Co Wexford, a county that sits in Ireland’s south-east corner with a maritime past going back to the Vikings. Nowadays  it’s a peaceful and tranquil land with sandy beaches, isolated mountain ranges and ancient sites.
